I am so sorry that I haven't been up to date on my blogging..but to be honest Matt and I haven't done too much to write home about lately. However, the last four days we took a vacation to the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in BEAUTIFUL Garmisch Germany. Garmisch is (so far) my favorite city in Germany. I was lucky enough to visit it in 2006 and was so happy to be going back again!
We did a LOT while we were in Garmisch so it will result in multiple posts. I will start with the ride down and the first night that we arrived at the resort. Garmsich, for those of you who are not familiar with the area, is on the Germany/Austria border. This means it is a 5 1/2 hour drive from where we live but well worth the effort to get there. I took the opportunity to take some pictures along the route and of the resort when we checked in on Thursday night. Enjoy!!
