Why not, Minot?

It has been a LONG summer. We are finally starting to feel a bit settled here in Minot, North Dakota. I will be slowly adding the over 300 photos I have taken in our hiatus during this move. To start, Jackson turned 1! So, to start, I will be adding the photos from his first birthday. We took him to a play place on base, had pizza for lunch, then rounded out the day with a yummy birthday cake!

Brief Hiatus

Family and friends, I will be taking a short hiatus from posting as we are in the midst of a transcontinental move. Once we are set up in our new location, the frozen tundra that is North Dakota, I will resume posting of our travels. I will continue to photo document our journey as we drive from the east coast in 2 cars with 2 dogs and a baby.. stopping in 7 states along the way! Have a great summer and see you soon!

Wild & Freizeitpark Klotten

For Matt's first Father's Day we decided to take Jackson to the Wild Animal Park in Klotten, just down the road from our house. We were surprised how nice it was and what a great time we all had! They had animals, rides, swings, jumpy parks, and snacks! Enjoy our special day :)
